To enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' cultural lives, the Suzhou group organised a team-building activity for all employees in Weihai, Shandong Province, from 24 to 27 May 2025. Themed ‘Uniting Hearts and Minds, Sharing Beauty,’ the event featured a rich and diverse itinerary, yielding abundant results.

On the first day of the team-building event, all employees arrived in Weihai by high-speed rail and checked into a comfortable local hotel, preparing thoroughly for the upcoming activities. The next day, the group visited Liu Gong Island, a 5A-rated scenic area, to explore the history of the First Sino-Japanese War and experience the profound national memory. Subsequently, the team strolled through landmarks such as Yuehai Park, Maotou Mountain, and the Oil Painting Town, admiring the breathtaking scenery of sea and sky blending as one and savouring the unique charm of Jiaodong culture.

Along the most beautiful coastal self-driving scenic route, employees visited famous attractions such as the Bruwis Shipwreck, Naxianghai Resort, and Chengshantou, took a boat tour around Haidou Island, interacted closely with seagulls, and fully experienced the vastness and wonder of the sea. Team members spent a relaxed and pleasant evening at the Ni Shi Hai Tai Beach Hotel, waking up to the magnificent sunrise over the sea and feeling the awe-inspiring beauty of nature.

This team-building activity not only allowed everyone to relax and strengthen their bonds outside of work but also further ignited teamwork spirit, providing a powerful boost for more efficient work in the future. Moving forward, the Suzhou group will continue to uphold the philosophy of ‘people-oriented, win-win cooperation,’ organising more diverse employee activities to jointly create an even brighter future!
