On November 11, 2024, I had the pleasure of hosting a client from Ethiopia who was refered to me by one of our long-term clients. The cient was in Shanghai to attend the Bauma exhibition, and l extended an invitation for them to visit our company headquarterscompany during their trip.

To ensure a smooth experience, l aranged for our company vehicle to pick up the client from their hotel and bring them to our office. During the visit. we engaged in detailed discussions about their business needs and explored potential opporunities for cooperaion. It was a productive conversation that left opsitive impression on both sides.

Following our meeting,l invited the cient to join me for lunch, where we continued to discuss their requirements in a more casual seting. In the aftemoon, the cient expressed an interest in exploring the local market. To accommodate this, l arranged for our company vehicle to take them to the market, ensuring they had a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The day was a great oppotunity to strengthen our connection and lay the groundwork for future collaboration. l am confident his visit has set the stage for asuccessful partnership.

Ecuador Clients Visited TEWREX Office &XCMG Factory

Recently, our company has welcomed an important customer from Ecuador, who has a strong interest in construction machinery products such as double-end busy, slip and roller. Every step of the customer's visit, from the preparation before the visit to the reception process, and then the follow-up after the visit, embodies the wisdom and efforts of our team, which ultimately contributed to the successful cooperation between the two sides.

Tanzania Clients Visited TEWREX Factroy

The object of this customer visit is the spare parts clients of Ali RFQ. They specialize in the spare parts of Caterpillar, Komatsu and other well-known brands, and have their own company in Tanzania. Given that the main purpose of the customer's visit is to find reliable suppliers and confirm their business strength, our first task is to confirm the customer's itinerary and book a warehouse visit in advance, so that the customer can intuitively understand our inventory situation and logistics management capabilities.
