On October 20, 2025, our sales representative Camille Tan welcomed a client from Chile, who reached out through Made-in-China. The customer initially inquired about mini excavators and, after receiving a preliminary quotation, continued to request information on skid steer loaders and backhoe loaders. They showed particular interest in finding a Chinese-brand alternative to a specific Caterpillar backhoe loader model.
We confirmed the client’s travel schedule in advance and coordinated with the factory for machine viewing. As we happened to stay at the same hotel, we accompanied the client directly to the factory for a full on-site visit. After the tour, considering the client’s ongoing arrangements, we returned them to the hotel around 11 a.m., concluding this visit.
Following the customer’s feedback, we reorganized the product information and updated the quotations to move the negotiation forward and strive for an early order confirmation.
