On June 16, 2026, our sales representative Monica Yin warmly welcomed a customer from Tunisia who visited our Shanghai office after placing a deposit for a motor grader order.
Before the customer's arrival, our team carefully arranged airport pickup and prepared the reception in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient visit. During the meeting, both parties confirmed the final pricing and reviewed the order details. Due to the customer's tight schedule, they then traveled to Xuzhou to inspect the machine on-site, where they took photos and videos to further verify the equipment before shipment.
Following the visit, Monica promptly updated the contract according to the agreed details and continues to maintain close communication with the customer to ensure a smooth order process and timely delivery.
