On July 27, 2026, Paula Xu warmly welcomed a customer from Samoa who visited China to explore excavator options. The customer was particularly interested in both quality used excavators and new XCMG machines.
Before the visit, Paula communicated with the customer to confirm his travel schedule and equipment requirements. She also coordinated with the factory in advance to arrange a professional reception and ensure the customer could inspect the machines efficiently.
During the visit, the customer expressed a strong interest in visiting the factory and seeing the excavators in person. After the customer contacted Paula on July 26 to arrange a site inspection, she quickly scheduled a visit to the XCMG excavator factory and accompanied him throughout the inspection. The customer carefully reviewed the available machines and discussed his requirements in detail.
After the visit, Paula promptly prepared quotations, specifications, and product information for the excavators the customer was interested in. Through timely and professional follow-up, the visit progressed toward a successful order.
