Metso Renews Digital Services to Help Aggregates Customers Improve Uptime Production
Publication Date: 2026-03-17   Promulgator:Admin   Clicks:10 Back

Metso has unveiled a renewed digital services portfolio for aggregates customers, integrating advanced technologies into a unified, user-centric platform. The launch took place at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, highlighting Metso’s continued push toward smarter, data-driven operations.

Metso Renews Digital Services to Help Aggregates Customers Improve Uptime Production

The new portfolio is structured around three core modules: AI-powered predictive maintenance, production performance optimization, and MyMetso digital access. Together, these solutions aim to maximize equipment uptime, improve operational efficiency, and streamline daily workflows for both customers and distributors.

At the heart of the offering is predictive maintenance powered by AI, which leverages real-time machine data and OEM expertise to detect anomalies early and prevent unplanned downtime. This enables operators to shift from reactive repairs to proactive maintenance planning, ensuring higher reliability and reduced operational risk.

The production performance module focuses on optimizing crushing processes through adaptive feed control (AFC) and advanced automation. Field data indicates throughput improvements of up to 15%, along with reduced fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. Enhanced remote monitoring and control capabilities also contribute to safer site operations.

Complementing these capabilities, the MyMetso platform serves as a centralized digital hub, providing 24/7 access to machine data, parts information, and service recommendations. With role-based access and real-time insights, users can make faster, more informed decisions.

The portfolio will be rolled out globally in phases starting March 2026, reinforcing Metso’s commitment to delivering intelligent, future-ready solutions for the aggregates industry.

> How to Thoroughly Replace Excavator Hydraulic Oil: A Professional Maintenance Guide
[ 2026-01-29 ]
The service life of excavator hydraulic oil is typically4,000–6,000 operating hours, which means a complete oil change is usually required about once every two years. Unlike engine oil or gear oil, however, hydraulic oil replacement is far more complex. Only about50% of the total hydraulic oilis stored in the tank, while the rest remains in pipelines, pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors. Simply draining the tank results in old oil mixing with new oil, reducing performance and system reliability.
